The return of Festival favourites Ballet Central with their latest sparkling programme of ballet, neoclassical, contemporary and narrative dance – truly a celebration of creative dance and performance.
Comprised of the Central School of Ballet’s final year students, this family-friendly production – ideal for dance enthusiasts and those new to ballet – showcases the glorious dancers with a diverse performance of celebrated revivals and newly-commissioned work; classical ballet fans will relish Celebration by company founder Christopher Gable and Paquita Pas de Trois staged by Carole Gable.
Amongst the choreographers for this year’s tour are Richard Bermange (Ballet Ireland), Christopher Marney (Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures), Sara Matthews (Director, Central School of Ballet), Mikaela Polley (Rambert) and Sharon Watson (Artistic Director, Phoenix Dance Theatre).
